Nothing big today, but just a few misty snaps of Mount Wellington from the other afternoon. The first part of March was so hot and summery, anyone local based will appreciate how much of a change in weather we’ve had.
I want to say that Mount Wellington is pretty much visible wherever you are in the city, and it’s one of those landmarks that people look towards to see what the weather is like – if there’s snow, if there’s cloud, if the organ pipes are visible, if the mountain is visible at all!
I think it was on the way back from Southport earlier in the year that I realised that once you can see Mount Wellington again, you know you’re back in Hobart again.
